In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as the ‘L.C.E.N’, users and visitors (hereinafter the ‘User’) of the site (hereinafter the ‘Site’) are hereby informed of the present legal notice and the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and monitoring.
Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal notices. These are accessible on the Site under the heading ‘Legal notices’.
The Site is accessible via the URL. It is owned by the CHU de Bordeaux (Public hospital facility), SIRET No. 263 305 823 00019, Code APE 8610Z, whose General Management is located at 12 rue Dubernat – 33404 TALENCE Cedex.

Access to the Site implies full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Users of the Site are therefore invited to consult the said conditions of use on a regular basis.
The Site is accessible by the User anywhere and at any time, except in the event of force majeure or involuntary interruption. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may however be decided by the 3D HRH management team.
The purpose of the Website is to provide as accurate a set of information as possible about all the Consortium’s activities and about the DU3D University Hospital Research Project.
However, the management team of the RHU DU3D cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update information, whether these are its fault or the fault of third party partners who are required to supply said information. All information on the Site is given for information purposes only and is not exhaustive.
The management team of the RHU DU3D cannot be held responsible for any material damage linked to the use of the Site. Furthermore, the User undertakes to access the Site using recent, virus-free equipment and an up-to-date browser.
RHU DU3D is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sound, videos and software.
Ideclap transfers to the DU3D HRU management team the copyrights for the graphic creations present on the Site for the legal duration of the exploitation right. However, the visuals made available may not be modified in any way by the operators without the prior agreement of Ideclap.
Ideclap is in no way responsible for the use that could result from the exploitation of the visuals present on the Site if the latter were to be used in a different context.
The photographs of the members of the DU3D Consortium belong to their owners. A display agreement has been requested beforehand and the total or partial reproduction of these photos is strictly forbidden.
In addition, any individual has the right to object to personal data concerning him or her being processed (article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation) by sending a contact request to the DU3D HRU management team.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden without the prior written authorisation of the RHU DU3D management team and may lead to legal action and prosecution as provided for by the Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.
Any unauthorised use of the site or its content will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
In France, personal data is protected notably by law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, law 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995 and European Union Regulation No. 2016/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is the reference text for the protection of personal data.

This information is sent via the contact form or by email. The mandatory data collected in this form are the ‘surname’, ‘first name’, ‘email’ and ‘message’ fields. This personal data is only collected with the compulsory consent of the User. This consent is validly obtained (buttons and tick boxes), free, clear and unequivocal.
Only the person in charge of the contact forms has access to the personal information and the message sent by the User, for the sole purpose of responding to the User’s request.
When the Site is used, the URL of the links through which the User has accessed the Site, the User’s access provider and the User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address may be collected. However, no personal data is stored by the Site or transmitted to a third party.
The User provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when they enter it themselves on the contact form. Furthermore, Site User is informed whether or not they are required to provide this information. No personal data of the User of the Site is published without the User‘s knowledge, exchanged, transferred or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties.
The data will be saved for the duration of the project (maximum 5 years).
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, all Users have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning them. In addition, all Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). This complaint to the CNIL can be made to the following address: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/webform/adresser-une-plainte.
The website contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the authorisation of the RHU DU3D. However, the programme is not in a position to check the content of external sites, and shall not be held liable for their content.
Browsing the website may result in the installation of cookies on the user’s device. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the user to be identified, but which records information relating to the browsing of a computer on a site. The data obtained in this way is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing of the site and is also used to measure visitor numbers.
