        1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND SERVICES PROVIDED<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          Access to the Site <\/strong>implies full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Users <\/strong>of the Site <\/strong>are therefore invited to consult the said conditions of use on a regular basis. <\/p>

          The Site <\/strong>is accessible by the User <\/strong>anywhere and at any time, except in the event of force majeure or involuntary interruption. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may however be decided by the 3D HRH management team. <\/p>

          The purpose of the Website <\/strong>is to provide as accurate a set of information as possible about all the Consortium’s activities and about the DU3D University Hospital Research Project.<\/p>

          However, the management team of the RHU DU3D cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update information, whether these are its fault or the fault of third party partners who are required to supply said information. All information on the Site <\/strong>is given for information purposes only and is not exhaustive. <\/p>

          1. Contractual limitations on technical data<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            The management team of the RHU DU3D cannot be held responsible for any material damage linked to the use of the Site<\/strong>. Furthermore, the User <\/strong>undertakes to access the Site using recent, virus-free equipment and an up-to-date browser. <\/p>

            1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INFRINGEMENT<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              RHU DU3D is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site<\/strong>, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sound, videos and software.<\/p>

              Ideclap <\/strong>transfers to the DU3D HRU management team the copyrights for the graphic creations present on the Site <\/strong>for the legal duration of the exploitation right. However, the visuals made available may not be modified in any way by the operators without the prior agreement of Ideclap<\/strong>. <\/p>

              Ideclap <\/strong>is in no way responsible for the use that could result from the exploitation of the visuals present on the Site <\/strong>if the latter were to be used in a different context.<\/p>

              The photographs of the members of the DU3D Consortium belong to their owners. A display agreement has been requested beforehand and the total or partial reproduction of these photos is strictly forbidden. <\/p>

              In addition, any individual has the right to object to personal data concerning him or her being processed (article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation) by sending a contact request to the DU3D HRU management team.<\/p>

              Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden without the prior written authorisation of the RHU DU3D management team and may lead to legal action and prosecution as provided for by the Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.<\/p>

              Any unauthorised use of the site <\/strong>or its content will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.<\/p>

              1. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                In France, personal data is protected notably by law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, law 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995 and European Union Regulation No. 2016\/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is the reference text for the protection of personal data.<\/p>
